We bought an Audi A3 two weeks ago. On the day we arrived to pick it up the car was still dirty. Leandrow promised to call back the next day to organise a valet service. We are still waiting. To top it all, they gave the car to us with smooth tyres and different makes which they have now replaced with 4 new tyres after we complained. They never bothered to repair the scratches and paint work. The wiper is broken and the aircon smelly. There is a chip on the windscreen. Absolutely shocking service. Nothing premium about their service. In fact you are better off not expecting anything premium from this so called "premium" brand! |
