Audi in principle promises exceptional service and customer satisfaction. My experience this far has proven the complete opposite and total disappointment in all aspects . I purchased a BRAND NEW Audi Q5 on the 4th of June 2011 for the Amount of R625 000 .00 with every extra possible. Within 5 months the car started jerking and shuddering . The car has been shunted from one branch to another and has now for the past almost 2 months been standing in An Audi Service Centre . They have done a Software upgrade , Change the MEGATRONIC and have now resorted to changing the GEARBOX . It is costing me in excess of R12500 p/month on premiums and Insurance , this while I don't have the pleasure of driving my expensive car . I have been through all the necessary channels possible and have even tried to trace up Chris Khumalo who is the MD of Audi SA After Sales , but to my surprise nobody at Audi SA customer care wants to allow me the oppurtunity to get in contact with Chris Khumalo . (SEEMS TO ME A COVER UP !!) IT IS SICK AND UTMOST DISGUSTING HOW SUCH A BIG COMPANY CAN BE SO INCOMPETENT WHEN IT COMES TO THE CLIENTS NEEDS . WHERE TO FROM HERE ??? |
