HEADLINE	Audi – The home of exceptional service?????? NEVER
Audi in principle promises exceptional service and customer satisfaction. My experience this far has proven the total opposite and total disappointment. Audi Northcliff costed me a fortune with their poor planning and poor service and their attitude is the worst by far. They booked my car in for over a month and now want to charge me a rental fee on a courtesy vehicle they had provided and till date they have not yet delivered my vehicle. Furthermore, the Dealer Principle never returns our calls. Add a new Audi South Africa Report Inappropriate report?
