As you can see by the date it has been over a year that I have been struggling with Audi Hatfield. I took my car to the dealer as it was making a strange noise when i start it. They told me that they know what the problem is and will have to replace some parts. I agreed and so they did the 'repair' which cost R15336.07. After a few days the noise was back and that was the beginning of the end of our relationship. I took my car back 4 times and they just said they can't hear anything, till the point where i made a video clip of it and forward it to them. The service manager was on the case and I have several emails between us as evidence of the lack of service and him doing things like, using my car to drive around without my permission while at the dealer. This is just one of numerous things all on email. They say that they are No1 in service but to have that you'll have to have a 100% track record and they don't. I hope this reaches the right people and that this issue gets resolved. People, be warned...do not let Audi tell you what is wrong with your car, they don't really have a clue. Regards Willie Botha |
