The after service from Audi SA is pathetic. I bought a demo model in 2011, and since inception of driving the vehicle using oil. I have raised the concerns with Audi SA customer service Uitenhage, but nothing has been done. We tracking 12months after the sale, and the vehicle were more at the dealerships then being I my possession. The oil light is on again as I'm writing this letter, and was told by Audi Customer care this afternoon, that I must book the car in again.... To all potential Audi buyers, the A4 is not a good buy... |
