<![CDATA[Hello my name is Marius Dauth and I am in IT. But I must agree I am very new to Apple! So beeing in IT and knowing my way around technical and programing I only get what I need and what I can use.<br> <br> Unfortunatly I was bedazzled with some of the ipad features and uses so I saw the  hardware and noticed the potential what it could mean for me in my work its beautifull. <br> <br> Just one thing noware in the media or even at the store when you pay for this thing with nothing els but really hard earned money do they tell you of  all the restrictions they apply to this hardware. In South Africa an IPAD is not cheep at all. So my message to all the wanna be apple owners please read this or surf more. But before you buy an Apple. Look for my name on the internet you will find me and you are welcome to ask any question before you spend any hard-earned money. And my message to the apple company - GROW-UP KIDS!!  you guys are taking hardearned money...<hr>]]>

      <title>Rochester Home Decor - Great Attitude - Exceptional Service</title>

<![CDATA[After looking everywhere for an 8 seater dining room suite,and finding nothing that I liked,and  dealing with staff that was just not even interested in getting up to assist me,I reluctantly went to Rochester,as I was under the impression that they would definitely be out of my price range,well I got a pleasant surprise,not only did they have what I wanted,the price was much better than everywhere else I looked.And trust me I looked!!!!<br> Furthermore the Sales person that assisted me: Damien was extremely helpful,friendly and professional,I got GREAT service,in fact everybody in your Polokwane store made me feel special,a rare experience these days.<br> We have all come to accept below standard service,it is so pleasantly refreshing when you actually get wowed.<br> Well done guys,I will definitely refer everybody I know to look at your shop FIRST when looking to buy new furniture.<hr>]]>

      <title>Standard Bank - Billing / Accounts - Credit card dispute is not getting resolved</title>

<![CDATA[I had a credit card and closed it last year. After being closed, a refund was done by Pal Pal. This year i re-instated the credit card and asked for the refunded amount to be put in my credit card. Standard bank credit card call  centre have a dont care attitude and every week when i follow up i get told a different story. Why does standard bank have my money !!!!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Mtn - Late / No Delivery - According to my voicemail, my number is INVALID?!</title>

<![CDATA[For over a month now I have been unable to dial my voicemail. When I do it says the number I have dialled is invalid. I have tried every voicemail number the call center has given me. This is bad...but even worse - when someone calls me and it goes to voicemail it tells them my number is invalid?! Of course, I chalked this up to a momentary failure on the network side, and have called the call center to report this FOUR times. The first time they reset my connection to the network. The second time they asked me to call all the different voicemail numbers. The third time they deleted my voicemail box for me. The fourth time they apparently reported it to the network engineers. Now over a week has gone by since that last call. I still have no voicemail box, my banker freaks out every time he calls me and my phone is off, and all my friends think I've changed my number. Why is this so difficult to fix, and why does the call center think I'm made every time I report this? FIX THIS!<hr>]]>

<![CDATA[I wanted to change my debit order details on my student loan repayment.  I was told that the matter had been referred to Lorna at legal services.  I was told to phone 011 221 6111.  The phone just rings and there is no answer.  Can anyone from ABSA just help?!<hr>]]>

      <title>Dis-chem - Systems Offline - Loyalty Card System ALWAYS offline</title>

<![CDATA[Every week we shop at Dischem and when we try and redeem the points on our loyalty card, they are suddenly offline, yet they were able to perform other transactions on the card.  Then they go and tell me its some issue with too much data over the weekend which their lines cannot handle, hmmm fire they IT department or buy a non DOS based system that can handle the capacity of more than 5 customers at a time. <hr>]]>

      <title>Nu Metro - Damaged Goods - Movies looks pirated</title>

<![CDATA[I regularly rent DVD's at different rental outlets. To my horror, when I rented "Girl with the dragon tattoo", it was of the worst quality disks ever. Not the picture quality. It was a Sony disk, with apparent coci written on it. When enquiring about this, I was told it was the way it is released. I went to other DVD rental outlets, and saw the same there? How can Nu Metro release such quality with pride? It is SHOCKING!!!<hr>]]>

      <title>Edgars - Bad Attitude - Poor Service and Bad Attitude At Edgars Northgate.</title>

<![CDATA[I went to Edgars Yesterday. I made a purchase of R1600. I needed to get two Item gift wrapped, so i go to the giftwrap counter i'm standing there for about 10-15 minutes. One of the staff members walks passed so i tried calling her to ask if she knows who does the gift wrapping. she ignores me and goes into a staff only office. I now wait for one of the people to finish assisting a customer at the customer service desk to ask who can assist me at the wrapping station. the guy then tells me to stand in the customer service line and they will assist me when it's my turn. So at this point i get really upset as i have been waiting at the gift wrap area for some time already. So i go to look for a manager and guess what i'm told.... i'm told that there are no managers in the store. What type of service are people suppose to get? What kind of store does not have a manager. I was disgusted with the treatment received at Northgate Edgars. I would not go back to that store again.<hr>]]>

      <title>Chery Sa - No service plan! - Car sold with service plan, but none exists</title>

<![CDATA[I bought a NEW Chery QQ3 TE which supposedly came with a 3-year service plan. I was then asked whether I would like to extend the plan to 5-years, to which I agreed.  I have now had the car for a year, so took it in for its first service. But now the computer says there is no service on this car.  So why am I paying for an extended plan that only kicks in at 45 000 which will probably expire before I've even driven that far!!!<br> <br> This is SHOCKING!  Don't buy this car.  I got it new, but I have such problems with it - almost nothing works on it.  I've had to have the whole exhaust sytem replaced and one of the headlights didn't work.  The cab light works intermittently and the hooter works when it feels like it.  The indicator stem snapped and I had to pay R1000 to replace it.  It's just not worth it.  This car is made of plastic, so it's not worth the money I spend on it.<br> <br> Pay a little more a go with something else - at least something that the dealership are actually willing to service.  What is it about this car that it doesn't come with a plan...<br> <br> I'm disgusted!<hr>]]>

      <title>Standard Bank - Billing / Accounts - Poor Customer Services</title>

<![CDATA[This is poor customer service!!! Three weeks later and still no bank statements! With 4469 complaints on Hello Peter it's no surprise that Customer Service is clearly at the bottom of they're priority list! I am really disappointed in Standard Bank and please bear in mind that this is not first time, I have logged a request 2 weeks ago requesting bank statements for a certain time period but was sent the wrong statements, my first request was done in the branch and there after telephonically via Standards Bank's call centre I was inform that the dates supplied by the consultant was correct, however the department that supposedly pulled my bank statements did not use the dates supplied. I had to call and email four times requesting the correct dates and I have still not received the correct dates. I did clearly explain the urgency of these statements and that I need it before 25/05/2012 for a court hearing. My wife requested her bank statements from FNB and received her bank statements with in two day's and all was in order.<br> FNB supplied the bank statements within 2 working days with no issues, how difficult can this request be for Standard Bank?<br> <br> <hr>]]>
