I submitted a claim on the 2nd Nov for a doctors visit on the 1st Nov. i then called on around the 15th to find out when it would be paid out and was told on the 18th and would take a few days to reflect. I then checked on the website and it still has no payment date. So i called to be told by Sicelo that it would only be paid out on the 25th. Why does the date keep moving. AND WHY IS THERE ONLY 1 DAY A MONTH THAT U PAY OUT THE PATIENTS. IT IS REDICULOUS THAT WE MUST WAIT A MONTH FOR OUR MONEY. They never used to be this slack it used to be every two weeks. I submitted a claim yesterday for a visit on the 22nd Nov how long am I going to wait for that. (Supplier name changed from Momentum to Anglo Medical Scheme by Hellopeter.com) |

| Utterly Disgusted: Their idea of resolving the issue is to call and justify what they do and make it my problem to fight for my money. Even though they dont have to fight to get money from me. I must now call and beg the person to put through claim as urgent and if i have a name the person will take responsibility. Apparently their staff dont otherwise take responsibility for their job and and what they get paid to do | |||
