| Two of my clients had hearing aids fitted on 1652011. Before fitting, we (practice number 0383228) received authorization from Anglo for the fitting of both Mr & Mrs Jamison (member number 2673083) for R12149 per hearing aid. Auth nrs 78575567 (for two hearing aids for Mr Jamison, total R24298) and auth nr 78575586 (for two hearing aids for Mrs Jamison, total R24298). This claim was accepted on 1752011, but to date only R12149.00 has been paid to my practice instead of the total amount of R48596.00. Every time my secretary phones, there is some story about why it's not been paid or that they cannot see the auth nrs or something equally stupid. This is completely unacceptable as I have already supplied these hearing aids two months ago & still have not received payment! Yesterday my secretary phoned and was told they will resubmit the claim for the fifth time & we should again wait 7-10 working days. This must be sorted out within this week as I cannot wait longer for payment!!! We have done everything right from our side & it's because of Anglo's incompetence that this account is still outstanding. What will be done about this?? | |||
