| I contacted Altech Netstar regarding a vehicle that i had sold about four months ago and was handed over to Thato in the accounts department. I requested the refund of the 3year upfront payment which was integrated into my finance agreement and i did not have one single hassle with this entire process. I really do wish that other companies could set the same standard of professionalism and courtesy to clientelle as i received from Thato at Altech Netstar. Well Done Thato. | |||
