| I have learnt with disappoint with the kind of service am getting from your Sky track despite paying a lot of money for it. It is barely less than four (4) months old and yet the tracker is not working without letting me know. I must compliment Netstar because I have never had such a service in the 5 years I have been with them. When there is a problem, they let me know before I even contact them and yet, am just using an early warning. On Saturday between 12pm and 1 pm in Main Street, between Church and Daisy Street, I parked and entered a shop for less than 5 minutes. The hijackers broke into my car, Ignition & steering cover has been broken and I couldn’t drive the car. For Netstar, they would call me and something is wrong.I waited for a call for about 15 minutes and then I pressed the Panic button twice. No call came from Tracker to rescue me. I had to look for an electrician who assisted me to start the car after 4 hours. I called your call centre only to be told that my panic button is not working. Again, if it was Netstar, they would have called me immeditly my tracker was faulty. TWO DAYS LATER, NO CALL FROM TRACKER TO FIX IT. I was mislead to have joined your company. | |||
