Just when I though that good service had died a still death in South Africa an employee of Altech Netstar pops up and surprises me. The tracking unit in my vehicle was not able to be tracked as there was apparently a breakdown in communication between the transponder and the control room. I reported this this morning at 08H00; my call was logged by the above-named gentleman. Needless to say he left no stone unturned to assist me and give me feedback as to what he had done. At 13H00, my problem was resolved. Thokozani, people of your calibre are very few and far between. Keep up the good work young man; you sure are an asset to your company. |
