Poor resolution of complaint

I purchased a car from a dealership in Sandton. I was offered the Netstar system to be installed , but it was never explained that I would be purchasing the unit as opposed to taking out a contract. Aside from this when the unit was installed the panic button was put in a different place than what was agreed and I later found out that the unit was actually faulty (as confirmed by the fitters) and not sending a distress signal once the engine was started. Also each call centre consultant seemed to offer different contract prices! I made numerous phone calls to have all this resolved and whilst this was escalated to the head of client services (Kevin Naidoo) I have still not heard anything from him or his colleaugues despite them prommising to get back to me. The service I have recieved is shocking and a lot of empty promises! It was agreed I could 'switch' to a contract basis , but as mentioned I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. At this point I would strongly suggest not using Altech Netsar, but rather looking at one of the competitors.

Quite Impressed: After posting a comment on this site I was contacted by various people from Mitsubishi. My complaint was dealt with professionally and I was kept updated as to progress. I was compensated for the inconvenience. Every company is going to have  it's problems, but what distinguishes between companies is how the problems are dealt with and Mitsubishi is one of those companies that takes pride in keeping its customers happy. Thanks to Daniel Mokoena and Gary Janssen for going above and beyond!
