No response at calling/testing centre

You are required to test your tracking device on a regular basis. Trying to get through to the testing centre proofs to be impossible. I phoned 011 207 5133, after having to listened to the whole of Altech group's adds, an automated message informs you (3x) " we are aware of your call, please stay on the line" " we are aware of your call, please stay on the line" " we are aware of your call, please stay on the line". Yet nothing or nobody bothers to respond to your call. Eventually I put the phone down after 10 minutes and tried a second time. Exactly the same experience. I then tried (thinking I am clever) tried the emergency centre, ha, ha !! just to be transferred and to start waiting again!!!! This is pathetic to say the least!!!
