| YOUR COMPANY, YOUR BRAND, AND YOUR CALL CENTER IS A JOKE ! I have spent more time on the phone to netstar this month that what it would have cost to have a TRACKER installed, the difference is that the TRACKER would probably still work in 5 months time where netstar wont – which is more than I can say for your useless tracking unit – I have tried since Thursday last week to get a mobile unit to fix YOUR useless tracking unit! it is an impossible task – either the USELESS DEALER CALLED AA AUTOSOUND in Edenvale doesn’t honor there booking, or Shamila in your Call Center can’t find a single MOBILE unit to fix YOUR USELESS tracking unit – yet she promised that they would phone me and then have a attitude – so now WHO DO I CALL TO REMOVE THIS USELESS UNIT FROM MY VEHICLE !!!! I DON’T WANT IT ANY LONGER – NOT TODAY NOT TOMORROW NEVER AGAIN – and this goes for my other TWO VEHICLES TOO !!! | |||

Over the Moon:
The day Johan Kock leaves Netstar, is the day they might as well close there doors. When it comes to Customer Service i am yet to meet a person that has better skills or ability to sort out customers problems. He goes out of his way to firstly rectify the problem, and follow up to ensure the problem is sorted out ! Truly well done ! Your Tracking units can stay in my vehicles ! thank you |
