| We had the unit installed with the additional fees payable of R700 for a panic button, which had to be replaced as it was sending panic signals all the time. Once completed all was okay for a month or two. We then tested the unit as suggested twice yearly and found that it had been deactivated by NetStar themselves for almost a month at that stage. WOW what service! This is what we pay for. Anyways, then had to get the unit fixed again and go through all the motions of lifts etc. To remedy the situation they gave 3months credit, never deducted as needed by debit order and then inform us that they must take double. Alrighty then, so much for that. Now not even 3months later I test the unit again as we will be going away for a few days and low and behold, the unit has been deactivated again for almost a month again. The tell tale sign is when they phone you all the time for panic signals and suddenly all the calls stop, then you know they have deactivated the unit. I have had nothing but trouble with this company from day 1. Units are from FONG KONG if you ask me with technicians from ****. I want this unit removed, my money refunded and to forget this nightmare company!! | |||

| Over the Moon: I'll tell you something for nothing if it wasn't for David Shipton and Johan Kok from NetStar this would've been an extremely distasteful report back. See last time I had issues David invited me to contact him if anything ever goes wrong again, I did and between him and Johan the issue was resolved with a newly installed unit tested and ready to go even before the customer services department contacted me. Now that is impressive. If only everyone was as eager and willing as these gentleman! | |||
