I had a Cybersleauth application installed in Nelspruit approximately a year ago to track a new vehicle travelling over long distances. The first week the system was installed it failed and I could not track the vehicle once it got to Durban. Altech Netstar replaced the system the following week without arguement, but gave some weak excuse about some of the transmitters not being reliable. Since then whenever I go online to check the location of the vehicle, the latest update is usually a few hours out of date or it comes up with wonderful reports of the the vehicle travelling at over 200km per hour. Over the past year I have probably sent three e-mails to Netstar about the unreliability of the system and requested a response, not once have I even received an acknowledgement of receipt of my mails (sent directly off their own website). Quite frankly the system is sub standard, service is pathetic and I wonder if they will even manage to find the vehicle should it be stolen. |

| Quite Impressed: Was contacted within 24 hours by Netstar and believe that the problem has been resolved. It does concern me though that I had to resort to this medium in order to get a response. | |||
