Hi Kevin, I have been a loyal altech subscriber since 2006. So when getting a new vehicle it was no doubt I was going to use Netstar...little did I know I was being ripped off for the past couple years. I pay R140 for the exact same service I pay for on my wifes car for R70. I cancelled my R140 subscription to go with the R70 option & what a balls up ever since. From making to booking to using going to my 2nd fitment centre...to the old unit being deactivated & the new one still not working. To ******* endless phone calls trying to test the unit & now to trying to resolve this. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! PLEASE KEVIN SORT THIS OUT!!!!!! Neil |
