HEADLINE	cancellation of service
I sold my car for wich i had a contract with netstar for their service the vehicle was sold in november last year. I informed netstar accordingly in writing as well as by phone Since then they havent cancelled the debit order no matter what steps i took To get through to their cancellations dept by phone takes about 17minutes of holding and when you do speak to someone you are told to do it in writing wich just brings you back to where you were So what must we do to get such a big company to attend to our complaints Add a new Altech Netstar Report Inappropriate report?
