Wreckless lending!!!!!

I was sms'd an offer by African bank with regard to a new offer , in this I was very desperate and couldnt refuse, however after this I was informed by my attorney that this is wreckless lending on the part of African bank as now I am over commited and cannot afford to pay the ammounts.
I feel that it is owed to me by African Bank to avoid any further action , that the balance of atleast one of the accounts be written off with immediate effect
