I applied for a loan over 4 weeks ago, since the the assisting agent has been doing all he can to get the credit department to approve the singed contract. The credit department does no have a contactable telephone address neither do they respond on emails sent from African bank themselves. Also i the tried call the alleged complaints department and keep being bumped to voice mail. To all the people looking to make a loan a African bank I hope you are will to wait a life time!! |
