I have not had very good experiences with ADT in the past, in fact I'm still waiting for a report back, has been some months now but I'm sure it will happen once they get to my number. However they have found a service orientated controller, THANK YOU. We had an incident on Saturday evening down the road and this lady was great in assisting us. She when out of her way to assist. I did not get her name but I'm sure your system will pick it up. Please thank her on our behalf. Jonathan P |
