| On the 18th of November 2011, our house was struck by lightning, damaging our ADT alarm. I placed a call to the call centre. at 6:40. We couldn't get the problem solved over the phone, and I requested a technician. The call centre advised me that our area's technician was on a call out, and they would phone me as soon as he was on the way. 15 minutes later, I received a call to say the technician was 10 minutes away. Albert arrived as promised, after having a look at our system, it was discovered that the main board had been blown by the lightning. As we have a 18 zone alarm, Albert didn't have a panel that was the correct size. He phoned the call centre and organised the correct panel, and we arranged that he would be back on Saturday morning, at 7am to do the installation. At 6:55am, Albert was at our house, and within 45 minutes had everything installed and working. I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Albert and ADT for the brilliant service. | |||
