HEADLINE	Where are our Security Monitors?
on the 11 January, ADT came and collected 2 security monitors for repair. ADT were meant to quote me on the repair within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them regarding the quote only to be told they they would get back to me. I have escalated this 3 times and have e-mail correspondence stating that they will get back to me. We have queried where our monitors are and if we can get them back and keep getting told that someone will call us back. We still havent heard from them 6-7 weeks later Add a new Adt Security Report Inappropriate report?
