Since installing my alarm it has only worked 100% for about 10% of the time Since the installation technicians have come out to address the same problem four times (signal not reaching the control room and fifth time complaint now), it is however still not working and the same problem persists, the technician who was there the last time informed us that it requires a stronger unit to send the messages but to try it out first. After it yet again had the same problem I logged the error and ADT informed me that they will send someone out the next Tuesday, no one shows up and there's no communication. After complaining to the call centre the installer contacts me and promises to have someone come out the next Tuesday, again no one. After speaking to the installer again they promise to have someone there after hours the following day, again no one, they then contacted me the following day and promised to have someone there on Saturday morning... again the same thing and the I am still without a working alarm I want a refund for the past four months and the system repaired as this is in clear violation of the CPA |

| Indifferent: It took more than three months and a complaint on here and system finally works, I did however pay for months of a service I never received until now | |||
