| I was most encouraged to receive several phone calls after I posted a complaint on 20 December. Alas, the technician for whom we waitied all day failed to appear. I was then told by email by Rosa Kruger that Nicholas Govender would contact me. Nothing, so I contacted him. he said that they would send out a technician but that it would uincur more costs. Why should I pay for the techician to come again to finish the job for which I had already paid him? When he tried to phone me back, my line was engaged and he quickly posted an email to Hello Peter to say that he had been unable to contact us (all 1 call). Unfortunately, for him he emailed it to me instead of you! I have sent emails to both him and Rosa asking for the matter to be resolved. I have phoned and left messages (even one for the managing director). No response. Please just give me my money back. | |||
