| We moved to a new house at the end of January and i arranged in advance for ADT to remove the alarm system on the 30th of January. They never came and the result was that the alarm system remained in our old house. Now we have to inconvenience the new residents and arrange for the alarm to be removed. So last night The 8th i get a call from ADT to tell me i have a low battery signal and i received a message on my mobile. I explained to the operator what the situation was and that i dont have contact with the residents so they should just ignore the warnings. She agreed, and then the following happened. She called again for the same fault at 19h41, then again at 21h43 then again at 4h35 this morning and again at 6h42 this morning. I got messages at the following times: 20h43, 21h42, 22h39, 23h50, 2h57, 4h35, 5h31, 6h39, 7h32. So thanks to ADT for not doing there job properly, they also make sure that there customers dont rest. I definitely wont be using them in my new house!!!! | |||
