| Endless problems with regards to 6 hour delys in response time, service and repairs not up to standard. The attitude of staff, when handling complaints and passing the buck. insist on call out charges for a technician even when it is their error.incompetence. Arrangements are made and confirmed to repair their orignal mishaps and yet they do not pitch up and you have to bear the brunt of not having any security and let alone take time off work and dont even recieve a courtesy call to advise you that they are not coming.....this morning i receive two calls stating that the tech is on his way?????1 day later and they expect me to suddenly take time off work to go home???if this is the service that ADT provides then i definitely do not want to deal with you in future...i will be surprised if i receive a response to this complaint.... | |||
