Good day, We have cancelled our contract on 13 October 2011. The contract had an expiry date = 18 November 2011.We have requested ADT to inform us why there are debits after the 13th October 2011 but we have had no response from them. A certain Deo Swanepoel phoned me and assured me that if we have any further problems it would be sorted immediately. I have sent e-mails to this person but it seems that every time you have a query regarding refunding ADT do not exist any more !!!! The radio ADT installed still remains at the premises and no one has called to arrange for removal of this radio. It is ridiculous that we as clients have to contact ADT time and time again to have the account finalised!!!! Not acceptable and ridiculous. I will never ever make use of the services of ADT and will also advise all my contacts, friends, family to avoid this company.. |
