I had a contract with ADT securities, my house rental lease expired and i moved out in April 2011 I have been trying to get out of the contract with ADT but i get sent from pillar to post all the time with their client services and accounts department ADT has refused to cancel my contract and continued to debit my banking account for 10 months after i seized living at the said property; after exhausting exercises to get the contract cancelled i went to my bank to stop the payments to ADT What i find most amusing is that after the stop payments i was sent a text message about non payment and was threatened with listing at the credit bureau for non payment. M y phone calls and emails are totally ignored but my non payment receives immediate response. I refuse to pay for services that are no longer applicable, i refuse also to recommend their service to current tenants because they will receive the same mistreatment i got from ADT Money Grabbers |
