I reside at 8 Poole street in Florida, for the whole of January up until Friday not sure of today, we had our property broken into. On Friday 3.2.2012 i received a call from ADT advising me of an alarm activiation @ about 1.45p.m. I asked ADT to send a response vehicle as everyday something was stolen on my property. On arriving at home at 3.15p.m. i found the carport door wide open & my husbands bonsai dishes all over the floor The steel fence was broken & some steel shelves was stolen. i proceeded into the house & at the back door found a slip from ADT advising us that everything was ok. when I looked at the time on the slip it was 2.14p.m. So from the time the alarm was activated it took ADT 1/2 hour to get to my premises which gives any ***** enough time to do as he pleases. On Thursday i received a call from Morne advising me that Carlos would phone on Friday to set up a meeting regarding all the breaking's & ***** we have had. It is Monday morning still no phone call. I am totally disgusted in ADT service yet we have to pay every month. WHY |
