| On Monday our alarm was activated but no signal was received.I was out of town and contacted ADT who said they would contact my wife and sort out the problem.Arrived back home on Wednesday night only to find out that no one had contacted my wife.I called on Thursday morning to be told the call was not sent to the technical dept.They said they would come on Friday evening after ours.Did not pitch.Saturday morn got a call to say they would come on Monday.I confirmed for them to come at 4.00 pm so as i could be home as we have Two Rotweilers .The service guy arrives on Monday morning!!!!!.My wife tells him to come in but ignore the dogs.The one dog growls and low and behold he runs.Lucky my wife was able to call the dog back.He duly fixes the alarm but now has attitude,tels my wife all is working and leaves.No explanation as to what is wrong.Really bad attitude.I phone to complain and was told the supervisor is in a meeting and they will get him to call me I am still waiting | |||
