BAD SERVICE - NOTHING NEW

On Thurs 8/12/2011,my alarm was triggered at 16:40. ADT calld me 2 say my alarm sounded, I asked them 2 please send someone out. I got home at 19h00, my fiance was home too. Only at 19h17 Secupro - ADT's outsourcing company in M/plain responded. Exactly 3 hours and 23minutes later -This is putrid to say the least. In my ongoing attempt to hold back mydissatisfaction, I must inform you that I have not anticipated this sort of service. I have noted that as much as ADT tries to respond in real time, thisis unacceptable. it was the festive season where burglaries are at the highest volumes and I wouldn't want to get home to an empty house only to find out ADT never responded quick enough. Most of ADT's clientele is probably in M/Plain, why cant they respond - why must they have an outsourcing security company for our area? if something goes wrong then they want to blame Secupro. Who is to blame now for Secupro responding to my alarm 3 hours and 23 minutes later.? Secupro's manager - Jonathan, was to meet me a week later at 6pm to clear up this matter- im still waiting... its 2 months later... WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM BOTH ADT AND SECUPRO

Utterly Disgusted: I am utterly disgusted in the fact that since i logged my complaint on the 3rd of Feb, no one has ever attepmted to contact me. all i received was an automated response: "Hello tasneem88,
