I have an issue with my alarm system. I contacted ADT to send a technician to my premises to repair the alarm. I was told that I must call back when I am at the alarm control panel, since we could possibly fix the problem over the phone? I then called back when I was at the control panel, and this time no offer to fix over the phone, a technician was now booked. The ADT person that I spoke to asked my if I wanted the technician in the morning or afternoon. I specifically requested that the technician arrives in the morning, since I have other afternoon appointments. At 12:45, the technician has still not arrived for his "morning" appointment. Upon calling ADT, I was told that no mention of a morning call out was made, and that the technician will only arrive at 3pm. This is extremely frustrating. I must now cancel all my commitments, simply because ADT does not have the ability to log a service request properly. ADT - You need to realise that other companies also exist that can repair alarm systems. |

Not Impressed:
And what has happened subsequent to my complaint - Promises by ADT that management would get in touch with me, which has not happened. Don't bother calling me back, with this level of service, I cannot continue my relationship with ADT. I am currently canceling my Armed Response and Monitoring. |
