Account Not Cancelled After Notice And Request

I sent an email to the customer service department on 6 December 2011, wherein I gave notice to cancel my service for the end of January 2012 as I was moving house. After receiving confirmation that my communication has been received and that my account will be cancelled, my account was again debited on 1 February and I still receive alarm activation phone calls, even though I do not even live in the property any more. This is completely unacceptable as I have been a good customer of ADT's and made sure that I hand in my notice of cancellation well in advance! I now consider ADT to be ****** for ******** my money out of my bank account. Your service is pathetic!
If anyone at ADT is interested, the service was for 24 Elkie Street, Roodekerans, Roodepoort.
