Complaint: I have been receiving sms's from the ADT call centre to test my alarm in December last year (2011). I called the call centre on the 15th of December since that was the time that I was at home. I was told that the radio does not send any signal. I was told that a technician will be dispatched on the 20th of December 2011. 20/12/2011: A technician called Vusimuzi Masinga came in an tested the alarm and confirmed that it was not sending a signal. He said he'll come back on the 23rd to fit in a new radio. 23/12/2011: The technician (Vusimuzi) came in with 5 radios and all of them did not send in a signal. A standby technician was also sent that afternoon. He said there is nothing that he can do except for coming back the next Wednesday (28/12) with his senior since he can't see what might be wrong. 28/12/2011: No one came in (or called). Called call centre to complain. 29/12/2011: No one came in (or called). 30/12/2011: Called the call centre to complain. Was told I need a GPRS radio which might be in stock the following week. (spoke to Lesley). 09/01/2012: To date the alarm is still not fixed. |

| Indifferent: I would have been quite impressed if the repairs were done before I had to lodge a complaint. It should not have happened in the first place since we expect a professional service. I am just glad and happy that my alram is now fixed. | |||
