| Ive had a contract with ADT for 10 years. House system with electric fence connected to main alarm. The energiser was damaged by lightning and had to be replaced. Was advised, by ADT, that they must connect the new energiser to the system. Technican arrived, charged me a call out fee and has flatly refused to do the job saying he cant open the energiser box. I tried to explain that ADT did the connection originally but Thomas just argued until he eventually said "You are not listening to me". At that point I threw him off my property. Chubb came today to give me a competitive quote. Come on ADT how can you leave a long standing cuetomer in the lurch like this ? Where do you train your technicians in customer service ? I spent 20 minutes in your call centre queue. What a joke ! | |||

| Quite Impressed: Problem fixed at last, but I still cant contact ADT because of the appaling call centre queues. At least ADT responded to the compaint though and treated it seriosuly. I will be staying with them because the attitude I got from Chubb was very poor and because they dont respond ot Hello Peter. | |||
