Where to start? I have been a client of ADT's for 15 years plus (both business and private- incl Sentry Security) and reluctantly and in desperation revert to Hellopeter to resolve this issue. In short: 1. Recently cancelled contract with them in CT (moved) 2. Continued getting alarm activations and assumed they were from old residence 3. Asked CT office to ensure that contact detail for that address was changed 4. Continued getting alarm activation calls at all hours and discovered that they were coming from a business in Jhb 5. Called CT office again and was assured that it would be taken care of 6. Calls continued 7. Called CT again and was told that they can't help - need to call Jhb office - no luck there even after a commitment to update contact details - this after initially refusing to do so as I was not the client 8. Logged a request for assistance on web site - ignored! 9. Last call received - 23h00 last night 10. The worst part of all of this is that it is impossible to get anyone senior to take your call What more do I need to do to get this resolved?? |
