| I first called in ADT for an assessment for a quote i was allocated to henrie.we made an appointment for 3:30 on the day he calls me at the time of the appointment to tell me he won't make it after I had specially told him that I took time off to meet up with him he promised to be there at 5. 5;30i give him a call his phone was off. I called his office they sent francois at 7 the manager promised I would get a call from henrie to apologize nothing happened.The following day I signed a contract with francios he promised me everything will be sorted out in 6/7 days. On the 7th day I called him to find out why no one has called he said he would call me shortly he never did.I then called the national line where I was told that Francios lied to me the 6/7 days applies to the technicians calling me and setting up time. Eventually someone called to set up the appointment. On the 22/12/2011 they finally they came only to be told that my garage cannot not be done due to a thin roof that specific censors would have been contracted for. The technicians told me Francios will call me to explain, francios is incompetent because he has still not called me. I paid for censors for my garages. I | |||
