HEADLINE	Responding time & Failure to come to Premises
Alarm went off and they call to check if it was me (the owner) which i confirmed that no one was @ home, got home 20 min after and adt or the police where not there. i call adt offices again to find out what i should do coz no-one is there and i cant go in the house as i don't know who is inside, they just told me that they "DO NOT PATROL ATTERIDGEVILLE". My question is why did they info me we i took up the contract with them & am i paying a month fee so that you can just info me that the alarm off. very disappointed. Add a new Adt Security Report Inappropriate report?

Utterly Disgusted: responds "you will be contacted by someone before 11h00" - its now 7 days after and still no one has contacted me.
