I have received a quotation on an upgrade on my current ADT security system and would like to continue with the installation. After phoning the consultant (which i found out does not work for ADT anymore and speaking to the new consultant on that number) i never got any feedback a week later! After speaking to the call center i was told that ADT does not want to accommodate me on the installation on a Saturday! I cannot open my house to anyone during the week as i am unavailable! All of this after they LOST THE QUOTE!!! So now they need to come back and redo the quote!!! I wonder if they can come on a saturday? I BET NOT! |

| Quite Impressed: I was contacted by ADT and got good service from them. A new quote was done, although more expensive, i am pleased with the results. they will be coming on a Saturday to do the installation. | |||
