I can't get a technician on site to repair our Alarm Panel which has been off since Friday afternoon. I booked a technician on Monday, requesting someone to come on site ASAP. I was told the earliest I could get a technician on site is Wednesday morning. I was assured by the Supervisor I spoke to on Monday afternoon that there would be a technician on site on Wenesday morning. It is now Thursday afternoon, no word from ADT, I can't get an answer as to why no one has been on site yet or when someone will be on site. |

Quite Impressed:
The customer services department resolved the problem and there was a technician on site within 2 hours of me lodging the original complaint. It's just a really pity that a complaint on Hellopeter had to be my last resort. Big up to the customer services department for assisting with the complaint, next time I may just contact you directly. |
