No response - despite 5 phone calls & 2 emails

I have transferred my ADT contract to the new owner of my house which i have sold. I have phoned the call centre and managers over 5 times and sent 2 emails with the transfer / cancellation details. EVERY time i get through to a new person, who cannot help me, promises to call back / confirm (even Dumi - a supposed manager). They NEVER call back. I am totally fed up! I will NEVER sign with ADT again! I need my debit order CANCELLED immediately as i have tried to cancel my contract over 5 times now! Vanessa Bosman

Quite Impressed: I was contacted in under an hour after submitting this reply, and 2 consultants - Louise Mileham and Fondiswe - both attended to my complaint. Everything is now sorted.
