| HEADLINE | Keep getting calls re:my alarm,I'm not a client!! |

| It's been happening for the last month of so that I keep getting phone calls from ADT (I'm assuming it's the Cape Town office because they service the Saldanha area) saying my alarm is going off. I keep telling the operator that it's NOT my house, I don't even live in Saldanha, I live in PE!!! But it seems nobody updates the system with this feedback, because not a week later I get another call. I eventually called the Cape Town office to explain the situation, the person said she can't just remove my number from the system as the owner of the account needs to give the password!! I replied that the digits must be mixed up as I've had my number for MANY years! She eventually put the phone down in my ear. Last night from about 23:00 I received 5 calls from their call centre regarding MY ALARM - which I don't have!!!! From pure frustration I yelled at the operator to STOP CALLING ME!!! How difficult is this to sort out??? | |||

| Quite Impressed: I received a call from the Customer Service Department, explaining that indeed, my number was on their system by error, they have contacted the account holder and confirmed his correct cell number, and I was assured that my phone number is no longer active on their system. | |||
