Please view the website www.hellopeter.com, it is South Africa's best website to view consumer complaints. I highly recommend accessing this website and searching "ADT". Looking the company website of Tyco, it looks like this is a proud company, but the service in South Africa is simply pathetic. Somebody needs to do something about it. I and many other people are frustrated by the pathetic service from ADT.
