| this morning @ 06h55am my alarm went off since i forgot to disarm it, as usual when that happens I'd receive a call from Adt call centre,however today was different, instead at 07h12am i calld them to find out why they didn't call as i was worried since i was back from the holidays imagining what could have transpired while i was away nd some1 broke in ,spoke to Victoria who advised someone tried to call me!my question to her was why didn't that person leave a message? I then asked her to inform her manager 2 call me..15 minutes later after my call to ADt they send a patrol car...really now is there no form of communication between you people,also used the panic nd no1 called...again at 13h11 pm i still called to speak to a manager and i was on hold for 7mnts for a supervisor then a lady who introduced herself as fourie assured me that a supervisor will call back...and I'm still waiting ....i wonder if this is the kind of service your clients should receive...our safety should cum 1st nd if there's any technical difficulties on your side do alert us like u inform us about your criminal busts...constant training on you control room agents is required...ADT REALLY DISAPPOINTING... | |||
