Debit amounts change with no notification

ADT, do not inform there clients of changes in debit order amounts. They deduct money out of your account as they please.
There is no help at the call center.
Upon asking why is clients not notified they tell you they did send an sms. BUT no sms was received so def not send.
We asked to use our method of communication so that we receive email communication on price increases etc. To date that was not changed.
Why do ADT not delivery an after sales service? They eager to take your money every month but thats all you get from them
