I have been trying to cancel my ADT contract since June this year. The best I could get was an email address belonging to V Ngwenya but the person doesn't bother to respond to me. ADT's web communication says someone will contact me within 48hrs but it's almost 5 months now. This is really not on. Whilst this takes place, the monthly premiums are being deducted. |

ADT security contacted me on the 8th November 2011. Less than 10 minutes after I spoke to Mr V Ngwenya, an email was sent to me confirming our conversation i.e. our agreement of cancelling the contract. I am well pleased |
