| HEADLINE | Brand new security system has never worked |

| We received a quote from Piet on 30 Aug 2011 for a new security system - a total cost of R15 979.80. The full amount was paid on 7 September 2011. The system has not been fully operational for a single day since it was installed by ADT. We had a Technical Team on site on 7 October 2011 but the problem was not resolved. One would think that they would at least attempt to fix the problem but there had been no further contact from ADT. we have made a number of calls to Piet who promised to escalate the matter but obviously without any success or any feedback. It is now 16 November - 2 months after the system was installed and the full amount paid over and we still don't have an operational system. Faulty equipment was installed at our expense. Please give us what we paid for! | |||

| Quite Impressed: I was contacted as promised and the technical team have been at the house on two occasions (Thursday and Friday) to fix the problem. We are currently testing the system to ensure that it is in 100% working order. | |||
