Strandfontein has only 1 car that does patrols and Grassy Park is the relieve. That is so not right I have been with ADT for the past 3 years and its still the same. I have been requesting extra check ups but nothing has been done. When we 1 month late on a payment ADT will call for there money, but 3 years 1 Armed response car. Kenilworth Main Road and other Area's has more response cars, they even have a Wendy house with security, Security ride with bikes and i pay almost R400.00 a moth is it because of the Area???? I pay more than Kenilworth:s people I called in and asked what the rates was now and im still paying more. Add a new Adt Security Report Inappropriate report?

Not Impressed: The main reason i have logged this complain is because of the Armed response car and that "we only have 1" car in our area. The service provided is not the service that was promised at all. I got a R80.00 discount from paying R380.00 a month. i was promised checks and notes left at the property when im not home. according to the call we wont be getting a extra car not NOW or in this YEAR. Whats the use of the complaint if we not getting a extra car within a short period. Very bad
