| I was out from 18:30 to approximately 23:30 on Saturday evening 3 December. This morning my neighbour told me that my house alarm went off during that time. I immediately called ADT control room to find out what the story is and they confirmed that the alarm went off round about 20:00. Yet there was no message on my landline or any calls made to my cellphone which was on me the whole evening. What exactly am I paying R405 per month for if there is absolutely no service. This is unacceptable and I would like at least a managerial level person to call me and explain why I did not get a call from the control room. | |||

| Quite Impressed: ADT responded very quickly and is taking the complaint seriously. They promised that there will be consequences for the person responsible for the mistake. I am happy that this problem will be sorted out but I will still have to test the alarm activation response it in the near future | |||
